TERMS OF SERVICE / DISTANCES AGREEMENT
IDLEMIND (Registration No. 05120321005 , Legal Address: Meza iela 23, Lielvarde, LV-5070, Latvia), hereinafter referred to as the Online Store, provides content and services available on www.idlemind.eu in accordance with the Terms of Service set out below.
1. General Provisions
1.1. If a consumer purchases goods or services via the website, such mutual agreement is considered a Distance Agreement and is subject to the legal norms of the Republic of Latvia governing distance agreements.
1.2. Specifications and prices of items offered are indicated next to each product.
2. Placing an Order
2.1. To place an order, the Buyer selects the desired items, adds them to the shopping cart, and fills in all required fields.
2.2. The total order cost, including delivery fees, is displayed prior to payment execution.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. The currency of settlement on the site is Euro (EUR).
3.2. Orders can be paid using payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv (internet banking, credit/debit cards, etc.).
3.3. Personal data required for executing payments is transferred to the licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.
3.4. The contract enters into force upon successful payment receipt in the Online Store's bank account. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Goods are delivered to the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia [insert list of countries].
4.2. Delivery methods: Omniva / DPD / Venipak parcel lockers and courier delivery.
4.3. Delivery time: Goods are delivered within 2–5 business days from receipt of payment.
4.4. Maximum delivery time: In exceptional cases, the maximum delivery time may be extended up to 30 days, with prior notification to the Buyer.
5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
5.1. The Buyer (consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must send a notification to email: info@idlemind.eu.
5.3. The Buyer is obliged to return the goods to the Seller within 14 days of sending the withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.
5.4. The Seller refunds the received payments within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice (the Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods are received).
5.5. The Buyer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period.
[NOTE: If selling custom products, digital downloads, or sealed hygiene items where return is not possible, state clearly: "In accordance with regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to: ... (reason)".]
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1. Any disputes arising between the Buyer and the Seller shall be resolved through mutual negotiations.
6.2. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Buyer has the right to contact the Consumer Rights Protection Centre of Latvia or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
